We usually face a certain level of stress and frustration when working with difficult people. The truth is, we cannot avoid them, and neither can we change their behaviour. The best solution is to acquire skills on how to work effectively with them.

The goal of this 2-day workshop is to prepare you with the right attitude and the appropriate skills and techniques to handle different types of people with different personalities; so that relationship can be enhanced, and work can get done more effectively.

At the same time, the workshop also provides you with ways to get positive feedback about yourself and what you can do if you find yourself belonging to one of the categories of difficult people.
