    3. Apply practical techniques to regulate their state, including breathing, mindfulness, and grounding practices
    4. Shift from reactive survival mode to a calm and focused state, improving clarity, decision-making, and emotional control
    5. Cultivate elevated states such as gratitude, purpose, and intentional thinking to enhance resilience and overall well-being
    6. Use AI consciously and intentionally to support mental wellness, reduce cognitive overload, and enhance clarity and productivity

Module 1: Becoming Aware of the Stress / Survival State

  • Understanding stress and the Autonomic Nervous System (ANS)
  • Recognising Survival Mode: Fight, Flight, Freeze
  • Where stress lives in the body: developing somatic awareness
  • Pause–Breathe–Notice practice for immediate awareness
  • Points of You reflection activity: uncovering personal stress triggers
  • The impact of digital and AI-driven environments on stress, including information overload and cognitive fatigue
  • Recognising when we are operating from urgency vs clarity in our use of technology and AI

Module 2: Moving from Survival to Calm State

  • Harness the power of breath to regulate the nervous system through techniques such as the physiological sigh and alternate nostril breathing
  • Introduction to meditation and benefits of meditation
  • Guided meditation practice
  • Sound healing through humming for nervous system regulation
  • Creating space for clarity in a fast-paced, digitally connected environment

Module 3: Moving from Calm to Elevated State

  • Understanding emotional states and the Map of Consciousness
  • Moving from neutral to elevated states such as gratitude, appreciation, love and Joy
  • Heart-focused breathing for emotional regulation
  • Walking meditation for mindful awareness in motion
  • The power of gratitude in shifting perspective and energy
  • Strengthening intentional thinking to move from reaction to creation

Module 4: Elevated Living in the Age of AI

  • Defining Elevated Living in work and daily life
  • Visualisation techniques to intentionally shift mental and emotional state
  • The BE–DO–HAVE model: aligning identity, actions, and outcomes
  • Designing personal rituals and habits for sustained mental wellness
  • Using AI with intention and awareness to support productivity, creativity, and meaningful work without compromising mental wellness
  • Shifting from passive consumption to conscious creation in a technology-driven world
