Research shows that the practice of mindfulness supports us in stress management, emotional regulation, reducing anxiety and depression, preventing burnout, and building resilience in times of difficulty. Other research outcomes include improvements to focus, sleep, creativity, decision-making, communication, and quality of relationships. These benefits are highly relevant and imperative for keeping employees healthy and effective at the workplace.
This one-day mindfulness workshop is based on the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program and offers an introduction to one of the most widely-recognised and research-supported mindfulness training programs in the world.
Incorporating the essence of mindfulness knowledge, practices, skills, and attitudes as taught in the MBSR program, this full-day workshop aligns with the “Tripartite advisory on mental health and well-being at workplaces” recommended by the Ministry of Manpower to address issues of poor mental health of employees.
