Training Methodology

This is an “experiential workshop” where participants learn by doing and experimenting with the learning activities. The course delivery method is bite-size knowledge sharing with skills practise. Case Studies and Role Plays are used to help the participants apply their knowledge gained. The activities are designed with real-work scenarios to facilitate learning transfer at the workplace.
