Learners are required to bring an internet-enabled laptop, a charger and a mouse for greater control during design. The learner’s laptop should come with Microsoft PowerPoint or PowerPoint (Office 365).

No prior design experience is necessary – let’s get started if you’re ready to simplify and supercharge your infographic design and are comfortable with PowerPoint and basic digital tools!

Training Methodology

This one-day immersive workshop begins by unpacking the core principles behind effective infographic design—why certain visuals work, when to use them, and how to pair the right format with the right message. Through side-by-side comparisons of amateur vs. professional designs, you’ll sharpen your design eye and learn to think like a visual storyteller.

From there, we’ll dive into the AI-enhanced design workflow, showing you how to automate layout structuring, refine visual elements, and streamline repetitive tasks using AI tools. You’ll learn how to build clean, strategic wireframes and apply advanced PowerPoint techniques to create polished, brand-consistent infographics from scratch.

Hands-on exercises are central to the learning experience. You’ll explore SmartArt, charts, royalty-free assets, and layout templates while integrating branding elements and visual hierarchy. We’ll wrap up by combining different infographic types into a cohesive dashboard, preparing your visuals for presentations, reports, and digital platforms.

To ensure a seamless and engaging experience, attendees are required to bring a laptop with Wi-Fi connectivity, Microsoft PowerPoint (Office 365), and internet access. For the best hands-on experience, please bring a laptop charger, a mouse for precise design control, and ensure access to your email account.
