Training Methodology

This one-day immersive workshop reframes how presentations should be created with AI—shifting from manual slide-building to a structured, AI-assisted workflow. Participants begin by defining communication objectives, identifying audience types using the Elaboration Likelihood Model (ELM), and transforming raw inputs into clear content wireframes using LLMs.

From there, participants leverage Gamma AI to generate presentation skeletons, focusing on configuring outputs, evaluating narrative flow, and refining structures to match messaging intent. This replaces slide-by-slide creation with a faster, more strategic approach.

The workshop then moves into design and refinement, where participants apply brand guidelines, visual hierarchy, and layout optimization to improve clarity, reduce cognitive load, and ensure consistency. Learners will also explore modular layouts, collapsible sections, and data visualization techniques to present information effectively.

Hands-on exercises are central throughout. Participants will work with real or provided content to develop a complete, polished presentation—ready for sharing, exporting, and use across platforms.

To ensure a seamless experience, participants should bring a Wi-Fi-enabled laptop with internet and email access. This is a laptop-based workshop; tablets and smartphones are not recommended. A charger and mouse are strongly encouraged.
