1 Day Managing Conflict
- A Practical & Positive Approach to Conflict Resolution in Economic Down Time
As today's organisations are facing an ever increasing economic competition and heightened customer expectations, more demands are made for employees to work as a team and that they develop new mindsets to think and act in a positive and proactive manner to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction. As people work together, conflict in the workplace is inevitable from time to time, and it can have a detrimental effect on personal and team performance unless it is managed well. Learning to manage conflict is then an essential tool that every staff should learn to use effectively. Used constructively, it can assist in resolving conflicts and open up effective discussions and cooperative actions. Therefore, if you are dealing with people, you are dealing with conflict.
