  • Analyse Customer’s Risk Profiles and Personal Financial Situations to Determine Their Investment Profiles.

Financial Product Criteria

Processes To Constructing Personal Financial Plans

  • Developing Personal Financial Plans at Set Out the Financial Goals, Financial Analysis and Recommendations on How Customers Personal Financial Goals Can Be Met.

Insurance Planning Tools

  • Analyse Relevant Information and Current Insurance Policies in Effect, To Analyse Customer’s Life, Health and Personal General Insurance Needs.

Investment Planning Tools

Retirement Planning Tools

  • Assist Customers in Retirement Planning by Establishing Their Retirement Goals and Analysing Their Financial Situations.

Approaches To Issue Resolution

  • Address Customers Queries on Existing Banking and Financial Transactions and Escalate Significant Matters to the Management.

  • Review Personal Financial Plans Periodically with Customers and Alert Customers of Revisions Required to Successfully Achieve Financial Goals.

Training materials will be provided but you need to bring your own smartphone, laptops, accessories, and stationeries.

  • Training Grant of $10/hour is available for Financial Institutions and FinTech firms to manage manpower costs and support the skills upgrade of their employees.

  • Organisation pays the Nett Fee after subsidy, and are eligible for training grant when staff goes for training.

  • Graduates can submit their application for IBF Certification after they complete the programme.

  • Company sponsored candidates (only Singaporeans and PR) have to come from:
