Today’s businesses are driven by a result-orient and knowledge-intense environment, that is time-bound. Your ability to think swiftly and become aware of the situation you are in will allow you to come up with workable solutions that help resolve the issue or problem at hand. Many of the problems that we face requires a swift solution so as not to escalate the situation. In this workshop you will learn how you can train yourself to think swiftly and accelerate the pace of your solution finding skills. By becoming a swift thinker you could come up with a new range of ideas or solutions and make quicker decisions. Swift thinking shows you how you can create a pragmatic and practical thinking system that will enable your team and you to perform productively and achieve your intended result within the deadline given. When you generate the process of swift thinking you are able to shave of the unnecessary information and noises that clutters your clarity and create powerful new ideas, make better decisions faster and solve problems in just a few minutes instead of mulling through for hours.
Swift thinking engages the principle established in the acronym F.A.S.T. This means – Focus on the Big Picture; Assess the Situation you are in; Source for the solution and Trust your instincts. In this workshop you will be trained to use the F.A.S.T method to become an effective Decision Making.

LEARNING METHODOLOGY
This is a high-impact result oriented workshop consisting of very short concept sharing followed by group discussion, individual reflection, and focusing attention to specific problem solving puzzles that the trainer will challenge you throughout the workshop. There will also be short video presentation to demonstrate critical thinking throughout the ages.

ABOUT THE TRAINER
Daniel Theyagu has been a corporate trainer and performance evaluator since 1989 and has conducted training for more than 500 organizations with his participants coming from more than 100 countries.
In his line of work, Daniel has specifically designed and delivery training programs for large MNCs, statutory boards, civil service and various non-profit organizations.
